General Questions

  • How long does it take for my item to get to me?
    All items are shipped within 1-3 working days of payment being received UNLESS we specify these are on "pre-order", in which case you will be notified of the expected due date. Items are posted via GoSweetSpot and NZ Post from Auckland, New Zealand and delivery times vary depending on where in the world you are. Delivery Times (according to GoSweetSpot and NZ Post)**Please check on the product listing if your item is on pre-order. **Items on pre-order will have delayed delivery times, according to the product description. New Zealand: 1-3 working days Australia: 3-6 working days Rest of the World: 6-10 working days Please note: For delivery outside of New Zealand standard international airmail is used which is un-tracked and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive during busy times. A customs declaration of the contents and value of the parcel is necessary on all international packages. The customer (you) is responsible for any customs charges incurred in the country of arrival and we are not able to refund for packages returned due to unpaid customs fees. ME Incorporated will not be held liable for any items lost in the mail. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for more information. If you require tracked post, please let us know before you purchase. 

Payment

  • Why am I seeing two different prices between the shop and checkout?
    All prices are shown including 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Only customers from New Zealand are liable for GST, therefore if your shipping address is outside of New Zealand, our system will recalculate the price so you are not paying the tax component.
  • Can I pay in my own currency?
    Default prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We are still updating our website and hope to be able to include a currency converter soon.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart area, based on the item/s you are purchasing, the quantity and the delivery location.
  • What are my payment options and is it secure?
    All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars, unless stated otherwise.There are two options for payment:1. Credit Card. Payments are processed through Paypal’s secure online system. For more information visit the Paypal website.2. Direct Bank Transfer. This option is only available to holders of a New Zealand bank account.

Refunds & Returns

  • Can I return my item and get a refund?
    If your item has been damaged in transit please get in touch with us asap. We will need photographic evidence of any damage, and in some cases a photograph of the packaging itself. Please ensure you keep your delivery until the return process is complete. New Zealand customers are protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act.No refunds, returns or exchanges will be processed unless contact has been made about any issues within seven (7) working days of receipt of your item. We may be able to extend this time under special circumstances, but please make contact as soon as you notice any problems so we can remedy the situation for you.We do not refund purchases on the basis of changing your mind.There are no refunds or returns available on printable (digital orders) items, so please choose carefully when ordering.
